Last night was the first "real" snow as defined by the technical genius Mel Skinner~"It has snowed when it sticks for more than 24 hours". Our team used to bet on who would guess when the first snow day would be...I never would have guessed October 15th after the wonderful Indian Summer we have had. Good-bye fall and hello snow!!! Gideon was ready to go sledding when we told him it had snowed...think he will have to wait a bit longer!
