Christmas Candy

For some reason Christmas and candy seem to go together...along with eating to much and the expansion of my waist line!!! But I love baking at Christmas!!! This year is the first in over 7 that I have had my own kitchen (even though borrowed and temporary), sooo I baked and baked and baked!!! With Keith's help, we made 3 different batches of fudge, candied pecans, 3 types of chocolate bark, gourmet rice krispy treats and filled 34 bags of chocolate covered popcorn...and, of course, completed all the mandatory taste testing!!! Needless to say, we are tired and ready to relax and enjoy the most wonderful time of the year!!!
