in the MOTHERHOOD...

I love this show! Let's just say...if I can't laugh about, I think I would either burst into tears or end up going crazy...which I still may do both!!!

We went to dinner with some dear friends and ME had to go potty. While we were visiting the restroom, I thought I would take care of my own business. Sooo, to maximize time, I went to the adjacent stall. ME must latch the door and get completely situated, do do her business. I had already done my business and even rested, while ME was still getting organized.

I asked if she was OK and she said, "Mommy crawl under!"

I said, "ME is am NOT crawling under!"

"But, if you lay on the floor, you can see me!"

"ME, just go potty!"

"But mommy, I want to see you."

"I am not going to lay on the floor, so that you can see me!"

A few minutes pass...a few plops...then, "Mommy wipe my butt!"

"ME, I can not wipe your bottom, because the door is locked!"

"Crawl under!"

"I am not crawling under!!!"

"But, I NEED YOU TO WIPE MY BUTT!"

"ME, you can wipe your own bottom!"

"No I can't....I will take a break from going potty and unlock the door!"

Problem solved and dinner resumed!!!

THIS MORNING...
At 5:45, I woke-up and decided to make To Die For Blueberry Muffins that my friend had mentioned were fabulous. By 7, I had warm muffins waiting for the kids and time to contemplate (and search the Internet) if the chicken breasts in the fridge were still fresh. The kids woke-up and said that the muffins were "GROSS!!!" and requested (a million times) Sun Chips for breakfast. As time began to run out, I caved, fed them chips and went to get ready for the day. As I was pulling my make-up from the cabinet...which is over the potty...the bathroom was invaded with sticky Sun Chip smelling, wild ones and ALL of my make-up went crashing directly into the toilet!!! I escorted my precious angels from the bathroom and proceeded to retrieve my make-up. I did rejoice in the fact that the toilet had been flushed...which is not always the case in our house...as I dried toilet water from my blush, eye shadow... I laughed and finished getting ready for the day!!!
