Today, we wanted to continue Birthday celebrating, but the rain forced us to move our outdoor plans indoors. Due to lack of energy and creativity, Chucky Cheese became the destination. We had only just arrived and panic set in! We could not find ME...ANYWHERE! Granny, Grampy, Keith, Gideon, 2 Chucky Cheese employees were searching for her. We checked the bathrooms, slide, games and could not find her. I just kept saying, "I can't find my little girl. It's her Birthday!" Thoughts rushed through my mind...Where was she? Who was she with? How could this happen in just 2 minutes? There were a million kids, kids were every where...but we could not find ME. Chucky Cheese is not that big!!! Where could she be?!?!
Granny found her pretending to save the World from invading spiders...totally oblivious that she was lost!!! After our hearts stopped rushing, the shock abated and the nausea diminished, we enjoyed the food and fun, but the rest of the time, Granny was glued to her little princess!
I am sooo glad that the only Birthday celebrating I am planning on doing this evening is in the reclining position in front of the TV...and it may include a cupcake!!!
