Christmas Break…sleeping in, watching movies, relaxing and doing as little as possible!!! On Monday morning, the kids declared that they wanted to do school!?!? They duplicated their school behavior program and then badgered me into creating a school schedule and assignments. I made a plan that appeared to fill most of the following day. The kids woke ready for school. We did Bible, journaling, math, reading, an art project and a massive pile of print outs…and by 9:50 we had completed everything on the schedule and the day still had 11 hours until bed time!!! So being the brilliant teacher that I am…I declare recess, called friends and the kids spent the rest of the day playing and I was able to relax and watch a Christmas movie!!!
